Check out our Personal Training, Speed/Agility  Vertimax Training, Olympic Lifting Classes, MMA Program, Kickboxing, and Sport Specific small group clinics. We also offer Kids & Teens Taekwondo.

We are always adding new class times so if these times don’t work for you give us a call to see when we are adding classes that will fit your schedule.

Daily WODs Group workouts for all skill levels! These classes are open to all athletes. These classes are focused on fundamental movements and simple breakdown of the Olympic lifts. Our coaches will keep a close eye on all new athletes helping explain the WOD and giving feedback on technique.
