Getting Started

Please feel free to stop by and check out the gym at anytime and talk with the coaches or members. You can click the “try a free class” link at the top of the page to fill out a quick form and get in contact with a coach who can set you up in a free class.

All of our classes are taught by certified CrossFit trainiers and fitness professionals. We will personally help you to scale the weights, movements and times to your current fitness level to help you reach your goals.

Starting CrossFit can be intimidating. Many times people put off starting classes to “get in shape first”. Don’t fall into that trap. The best way to get in shape for CrossFit is to start CrossFit. Our coaches are great at scaling the workouts to each persons fitness level and making sure that you are getting a great workout that fits your goals and goes at your speed.

Every CrossFit gym is different so we encourage everyone to come in, check out our equipment, meet our coaches and get a feel for our gym.

We have a kids area for ages 2+ that has arcade games and toys. No kids are allowed in the training area during classes for safety reasons.

Hi, I have been cross fitting for almost a year at NW Crossfit in Bellevue. I had to leave due to job change/location. Do I still need to go through the on ramp? I went through 2 weeks on ramp with NW when I started with them. Thank you!

I’m from Boulder, CO and will have a super-long layover at Sea-Tac coming up in early October (I’ll have transportation). I’ve been doing CF for 5 months now and would love to do a drop-in class when I’m in town. Is that doable?

I will be in the Seattle for a conference next weekend and am looking to drop in for a work out 10/10/14 between 1-3 pm (my flight gets in around 1230). Do you have classes during the day or can I do my gym’s WOD and what do you charge for drop ins?
I am a member of SPSC in St. Petersburg, FL.
    Thanks
    Amy

I’ve never done cross fit and am pretty out of shape. I heard from friends who do this though that it is amazing. Should I wait until I get in better shape to start a program like this?

Is your 3p-4p cross fit always full? Is that why you can’t sign up for it on the schedule or is it open, no need to sign up?

The 3pm class has space for new clients and does not require you to sign in.

I purchased a Living Social deal for four weeks of interval training earlier this month, but do not see “interval training” classes offered. Please clarify what exactly my voucher is valid for as well as redemption instructions. Thank you.

We are not currently running interval class. You can use your livingsocial deal for any of the classes we currently offer (crossfit, speed training, kids taekwondo or kickboxing) Just give us a call.

    Hi

Is there a way for a drop in to know if a class is canceled? It’s 5:30 Wed AM and gym is closed and locked. Sounds like nobody registered but unfortunately I am not sure how to know and don’t want to call at this hour.
