All of our classes are taught by certified CrossFit trainiers and fitness professionals. We will personally help you to scale the weights, movements and times to your current fitness level to help you reach your goals.
Starting CrossFit can be intimidating. Many times people put off starting classes to “get in shape first”. Don’t fall into that trap. The best way to get in shape for CrossFit is to start CrossFit. Our coaches are great at scaling the workouts to each persons fitness level and making sure that you are getting a great workout that fits your goals and goes at your speed.
Every CrossFit gym is different so we encourage everyone to come in, check out our equipment, meet our coaches and get a feel for our gym.
